Montessori Europe 2027 Congress Exhibitor Prospectus
Montessori Europe is dedicated to supporting and advancing Montessori education across the continent and beyond. Founded to create a collaborative community of Montessori professionals, we focus on research, educational innovation, and fostering inclusive learning environments for children of all ages. Through a network of educators, researchers, and institutions, Montessori Europe promotes the Montessori method as a powerful educational approach that nurtures individual growth and fosters peace, sustainability, and social responsibility.
About the Event
The Montessori Europe 2027 Congress will be held in Frankfurt, Germany, from 1 to 3 October 2027, with an anticipated attendance of around 400 participants from across Europe and beyond. This three-day event brings together Montessori educators, researchers, students, and advocates.

The Theme
This year’s theme, “The Courage to Continue: Following the Child, Reimagining the Future,” reflects Montessori’s belief that education must remain grounded in enduring principles while responding to a changing world.
Continuing requires courage: the courage to remain open, to adapt thoughtfully, and to trust in human potential.
In Frankfurt, we will explore how following the child can inspire a more peaceful, sustainable, and hopeful future.

Additional Exhibitor Staff
Each package includes the exhibitor passes listed above. Additional passes may be bought that include access to the exhibition area and designated catering (no lunch). They do not include delegate registration or Congress sessions.
Exhibition Opening Hours
The exhibition will be open throughout the Congress.
Hours of Operation
- Friday: 08:00 – 18:30
- Saturday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Sunday: 08:00 – 13:00
Setup and Teardown
Exhibitors will receive detailed setup instructions approximately six weeks before the Congress.
Montessori Europe 2027 Congress Exhibitor Prospectus Current planning provides for:
- Setup on Thursday, 30 September 2027
- Dismantling immediately following the close of the exhibition on Sunday, 3 October 2027
Further logistical information will be provided once stand allocations have been confirmed.
Exhibition Space
Exhibition locations will be allocated by Montessori Europe according to:
- Partnership level
- Space requirements
- Exhibition layout
- Practical considerations
Priority allocation will be given to Platinum Partners, followed by Gold Partners.
Important Information
Application Process
Applications will be accepted until all exhibition spaces have been allocated.
Interested organisations should complete the online Expression of Interest Form.
Applications will be reviewed by the Montessori Europe Board, and successful applicants will receive an invoice to confirm their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received at least six weeks before the Congress will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued after this date.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Organisations wishing to further enhance their visibility are invited to consider becoming an official Congress Sponsor.
Separate sponsorship opportunities are available for keynote sessions, refreshments, delegate materials and other aspects of the Congress programme.
