Montessori Europe 2025 Congress Exhibitor Prospectus
Montessori Europe is dedicated to supporting and advancing Montessori education across the continent and beyond. Founded to create a collaborative community of Montessori professionals, we focus on research, educational innovation, and fostering inclusive learning environments for children of all ages. Through a network of educators, researchers, and institutions, Montessori Europe promotes the Montessori method as a powerful educational approach that nurtures individual growth and fosters peace, sustainability, and social responsibility.
About the Event
The Montessori Europe 2025 Congress will be held in Oslo, Norway, from May 9th to 11th, 2025, with an anticipated attendance of around 400 participants from across Europe and beyond. This three-day event brings together Montessori educators, researchers, students, and advocates.

This year’s theme, “Montessori: Out of the Box,” invites all participants to explore innovative practices and approaches that drive Montessori forward into a sustainable and inclusive future.

Who May Exhibit?
We welcome exhibitors who align with the Montessori Europe mission and the Congress theme, “Out of the Box.” Ideal exhibitors include those whose materials, projects, or products foster open-ended, critical thinking, sustainability, and innovative educational approaches rooted in Montessori principles.
Exhibition Packages
We offer two exhibition packages to suit different needs and budgets:
3-Day Package
- Listing on the Congress page of the Montessori Europe website.
- Standard exhibition stand at the Congress for three days.
- One exhibitor pass (includes lunch and snacks). Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased at €60 (subject to VAT where applicable) per day.
- One quarter-page advert in the February newsletter.
- One quarter-page advert in the annual Congress magazine.
Saturday 1-Day Package
- Listing on the Congress page of the Montessori Europe website.
- Standard exhibition stand at the Congress for one day (Saturday).
- One exhibitor pass (includes lunch and snacks). An additional exhibitor pass may be purchased at €60 (subject to VAT where applicable).
- One quarter-page advert in the annual Congress magazine.
Hours of Operation
- Friday: 08:00 – 18:30
- Saturday: 08:00 – 19:30
- Sunday: 08:00 – 13:00
Setup and Teardown
- 3-Day exhibitors must set up by 08:00 on Friday.
- 1-Day exhibitors must set up by 08:00 on Saturday and dismantle their stands by the end of the day.
- All 3-day exhibitors must clear their stands by 13:00 on Sunday.
Showcasing and Selling Products
The sub-leasing or sharing of exhibition space is not permitted.
Amenities
- Free WiFi access is available throughout the Congress venue.
- Exhibitor packages include one exhibitor pass per day, granting access to Congress premises and refreshments. Extra passes may be requested at an additional cost as detailed above.
Location Assignment
- 3-Day exhibitors will be located on the main floor, with tables allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 1-Day exhibitors will be located on the workshop floor, also allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important Information
Application Process
Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled, and early application is highly recommended. Interested parties should complete an Expression of Interest form, which will be reviewed at the next monthly board meeting. Applicants will receive a decision within 10 days, and successful applicants will be invoiced to make payment within 14 days to reserve their space.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing at least six weeks before the Congress will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this deadline.
Food Regulations
In compliance with Norwegian health regulations, no open food or beverages may be served or sold from exhibition booths.
